Just wanted to let you all know about a fabulous concert this weekend if you are looking for some fun weekend plans! Saturday, May 1 at 7:30 the RedShirts and Treblemakers (or Treblemakers and RedShirts, depending who you are talking to ;-) ) will be presenting their spring concert! It will be at First Christian Church in Bowling Green, Ky, free admission, and will be fantastic and fun.

It will also be my wonderful husband’s last college concert….and he’s really pretty much amazing if I do say so myself :) Not that I’m biased or anything. ;-)

So if you’re a long time blog reader or Facebook follower, you are probably going to recognize the lovely lady in this set of pictures! Misty is one of my good friends, and one of my favorite models. She graciously puts up with me, especially when I want to try something new or just try to push my creativity or whatever. Even when it’s cold outside like it was yesterday haha. Misty is fabulously talented, and a theatre major with a musical theatre minor at WKU. So enough of the chit chat, here’s some pictures!

I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and have recovered from your full bellies and early morning Black Friday shopping! I also hope that all you students are making it through your last few days of classes and finals! (I’m kind of making it through haha ;-) )

Today I got to do headshots for Caitlin, who is a senior theater major at WKU. She is so beautiful! We’ve been trying to get this session done for awhile, only to be outsmarted by the weather at every turn haha. But today we got it in before it started raining, thank goodness! I love these photos, I personally think Caitlin looks a bit like Liv Tyler. Caitlin’s parents were also actors, how cool is that?! Caitlin, I had a blast with you today, and I wish you the best of luck in your last semester here at WKU and in the future!

So it’s safe to say that I had a fabulous time shooting their gorgeous wedding yesterday here in Bowling Green. The reception was by far the best celebration I’ve been to! Destiny and Patrick’s joy and love was just bubbling over all day, it was so beautiful! And there was even a surprise visit from someone you WKU students or alumni might recognize ;-)

She is so awesome, and I had a blast hanging out with her and hearing all about the pageant. Alicia is in her final semester here at WKU as a performing arts major. I’ve got to say that Alicia has one of the most gorgeous smiles I’ve ever seen, and I love her laugh!

And, it was A M A Z I N G! Seriously, probably one of the best concerts I’ve been to all year! All of them are fabulous singers and just some of the nicest and funniest people you will ever meet. I intended on taking just a few pictures, but they were so fabulous and were having so much fun, that I ended up taking over 200 haha. Sooo, here are some of my favorites! Hope you enjoy! And if you ever get a chance to hear either of these groups, do it!
