I’ve known Seth since he was probably four or five, I can’t believe how grown up he is! We had so much fun with him on Saturday, and got some super fun shots on the football field I can’t wait to share!

I really really love the wedding stuff I get to do all the time (can you say best job ever?!), but I also have to say that Senior sessions are SO fun! I only do a hand full of seniors every year, and the ones I do get the chance of hanging out with are always extremely awesome.

Jeremy is a senior at Ravenwood High School, where he plays football and is just generally awesome :) He’s looking into several great schools for college: UK, UT (Go Vols!), and WKU (my alma mater!), so you know he’s a cool kid!

Quick story about this session. We went to one of Jeremy’s friend’s houses in search of a barn to take pictures in. Well, we get there, Jeremy climbs on the four wheeler, and says “Ok, I think I can fit you all on here, we have to ride to get there.” *Insert “No way, no how” face here* After some deliberation, we finally decided Chris, Jeremy, and I would ride back, while Jeremy’s lovely mom Lindsey stayed behind. I just have to say that I KNEW we were going to flip over. I do not do four wheelers haha. But, we made it safely, found out the barn was torn down, and got some sweet shots anyway (including one incriminating photo of me climbing on the four wheeler, which will never see the light of day if I have anything to say about it ;-) ).

So, we definitely had a GREAT time during this session! Here are some favorites!

Back where the barn should have been….definitely not a wasted trip! Can you say model??

She is a senior this year and will be graduating in May, and is such a sweetheart. And so gorgeous! Merri and her family were so down to earth and sweet and so fun to work with. I can’t wait for them to see all the images! Merri realllllly loves vintage inspired things, so we had a ton of fun with some vintage inspired processing too!

Two favorites for today….

I know what you’re thinking…balloons…so cliche….but ya know what, I’ve never used balloons and we had fun dang it! Hehe. More on the balloons later :)

Mallory is a senior at Dixie Heights High School, and is (last I heard) planning on going to WKU next fall. (Go Tops!) Mallory is such a sweetheart and so full of life, and I am so incredibly happy that she chose me to capture such an important time in her life. I first met Mallory four years ago at Aldersgate Camp, where I was working as a counselor. Mallory was in my cabin for senior high camp, and I remember just being blown away by her vivaciousness. It is so cool for me to see how she’s grown since then, and I can’t wait to see where she goes from here!

I have known Liz quite literally since before she was born haha. Her family lived up the street from us, and I was best friends with her older sister. Our moms were pregnant at the same time, and my brother Michael and Liz were born within a week of each other. I was jealous because Marianne got a girl baby…she was jealous because I got “my” baby first haha!

But now, she is grown up and gorgeous! She is a fabulously talented soccer player and basketball player, and is thinking about majoring in engineering in college. Fabulous :) Soooo many to share…but just one for now!

Ummm, gorgeous! Thanks for hanging out with us Liz, can’t wait to show you more!

Tonight I got to take senior pictures for my brother, who will be a senior at Lexington Christian Academy in the fall. I can not believe that he is going to be a senior, and am so proud of what a wonderful young man he has grown into. He is a fantastic musician, super smart, and cracks me up all the time! As of now I think he wants to study physical therapy when he heads to college, which is pretty much awesome!
